By commissioning me, you agree to the following

Payment Process: Payment is required before a commission is started. I only accept Paypal, Cashapp .

Prices: my prices are subject to change. please be respectful, i charge based on art quality and the usage of my own time.

Acceptance/Declined Commissions: Commissions are accepted based on interest and time. If I am rather full on commissions, chances are I will most likely not accept more commissions at this time. Unless stated otherwise, you are more than welcome to apply again in the future when my commissions are less full.

Art Style: my art style is subject to change overtime, this means some art may not look the same as previous commissions. if you require the commission to look a specific way, please specify. (please do not ask me to do realism.)

Watermarks: I put watermarks on all of my publicly posted art. This is not optional. Commissioners can request an alternate non-watermarked version for personal usage. All I ask is that art credit is given to me when appropriate.

Extra Costs/Fees: Some art may require additional fees such as complicated designs, additional characters, etc.

Do NOT pay ahead of time: i will notify you when to pay and how once i have accepted the commission. please do NOT pay until i've told you too. i require payment before i start on a commission.

Deadlines: I will NOT work under deadlines. at times i will be more busy than others, please be aware of this. if you wish for updates, i will be more than glad to notify you. The best way to keep track of my progress is through viewing my public queue. Commissions can take any where from a few weeks, to even two months.

Public Queue: I store majority of the commission information in my queue. If you'd prefer to keep the it private, please let me know. It IS Public but since I dont have a Subscription, its not available to the Public!! I can always screen shot it at anytime when asked!

Work in Progress (WIP): I can provide visual updates on commissions. Changes MUST be stated in the initial sketching, if you are unsure about the direction of the commission - please let me know. Changes or alterations to the commission after the initial consultation of the sketch may result in additional fees. Sketch commissions will not have a WIP sketch update.

Refunds: refunds are unavailable if i have already started on your commission. please be sure that you want to proceed with a commission before sending payment.

Nsfw characters MUST be 18 years of age or older, characters younger than 18 will NOT be drawn in any sexual content.

Nsfw Art: by commissioning me for nsfw (not safe for work) art, you agree to being 18 years of age or older and agree to certain restrictions on what i may be comfortable drawing.

Will/Won't Do's Restrictions: there are certain content that i am not comfortable with. please review the restrictions below. If you are unsure, please ask.

My Mental Health sometimes I really struggle with my Depression, Schizoaffective or BPD(Borderline Personality Disorder). which makes workig on art difficult. but if I owe you something I will keep you up to date about this. Im also Autistic(High Functioning) so..Please BE PATIENT WITH ME
